Nicole has always had a desire to help others which has led her down many paths of study through the years. In her early 20's she was introduced by a friend to a more natural way of living which changed the way she looked at life and how we live. A spark was ignited within her and she knew this was the path in life she wanted to walk. Nicole received her Master's degree in Natural Health in 2009. During her studies, there was one class that intrigued her more than all the others. That class was titled "Overview of Energy Techniques" which still fascinates her today. Nicole went on to receive training and certificates in Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Sound Healing, and other various courses for personal growth. She believes in a comprehensive approach to health and wellness incorporating all aspects of our being; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual as they are all interconnected.
